Return within 14 days
Changed your mind? You may return your order within 14 days after you have received it, without giving a reason. To start a return, email us at contact@yazbahar.co or use our contact form with your order number. After letting us know, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Conditions
Because swimwear is worn directly on the skin, returned items must be:
- unworn and in their original condition, with all tags still attached;
- returned with the hygiene sticker still in place (please try on bikini bottoms and swimsuits over your own underwear);
- free of marks or stains (including make-up, sunscreen and self-tanner);
- free of odours (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder).
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Bikini tops and bottoms are sold separately and can be returned separately. Sale items can be returned under the same conditions.
If an item has been worn or handled beyond what is needed to try it on, we may deduct the loss of value from your refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. In that case we cover the return costs.

Refunds
We refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs you paid, within 14 days after receiving your return request. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item(s) back. The refund is made to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
Faulty or incorrect items
Received a faulty or incorrect item? Contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a photo, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights always apply.
